On the month of International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we took proactive steps to raise awareness about disability within our local community. As part of our efforts, we organized a Prabhat Pheri, a morning procession, to spread awareness & advocate for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities.
During the Prabhat Pheri, students from our School walked together, carrying slogans & messages of empowerment and acceptance. These slogans served as powerful reminders of the importance of recognizing and supporting the abilities and contributions of persons with disabilities.
The Prabhat Pheri served as a symbolic gesture of our commitment to promoting awareness and acceptance of disabilities, not just on the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, but every day.
Together, we can break down barriers, challenge perceptions, and build a more inclusive future for all.
