Ram Navami is a Hindu festival that honors the birth of Lord Rama, a highly respected god in Hinduism. It happens on the ninth day of the Chaitra month in the Hindu calendar.

Our Organization celebrated Ram Navami with great enthusiasm. Bhandara was organized for the needy people and it was distributed by our students.

Students recited the "Jai Shree Ram" mantra.

Their involvement not only added to the joy of the occasion but also instilled in them the values of empathy and generosity. Through this initiative, the school not only celebrated the birth of Lord Rama but also demonstrated the importance of sharing and caring for others, fostering a sense of unity and solidarity within the community. It was indeed a meaningful and memorable celebration, leaving a positive impact on all involved.

On the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, we organized a heartwarming Bhandara.

With enthusiasm and determination, our special needs students, along with their teachers and caregivers, executed every aspect of the bhandara.

Our special needs students were filled with a sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing that they had made a positive impact on the lives of others through their selfless service and dedication. The bhandara on Mahashivratri served as a shining example of the transformative power of love, compassion, and unity, reminding us all of the inherent worth and potential within each and every individual, regardless of their abilities.

"Let your pencils dance on paper"

Holy Heart Special School (A unit of: Sneh Social Welfare Foundation) organized Drawing Competition for the children with special needs.

It was our humble endeavor to provide a platform to children with special needs to showcase their abilities, skills and creativity through the joy of drawing competition. The event was held on 02nd March 2024 (Saturday) at Holy Heart Special School.

We invited 6 schools to be a part of this event. This event was classified into following theme categories: Disability | Nature | Social Causes

Best 7 drawings honored with trophy from each schools. All the students were prized with certificates. Refresh- ment was distributed to all.

We takes immense pride of distributing clothes to the needy in our community. We collect gently used clothing and distribute them to those who are less fortunate.

This endeavor not only provides warmth and comfort to those in need but also instills a sense of compassion.

We witness the profound impact of this initiative as it brings smiles to the faces of individuals and families facing hardship. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community in this meaningful way and remain commi- tted to making a positive difference in the lives of others.

"SPORTS IS FOR ALL"

After successful of our 1st sports event on 11th March 2023, Holy Heart Special School (A unit of: Sneh Social Welfare Foundation) organized our 2nd Sports Meet-2024 for the children with special needs.

It was our humble endeavor to provide a platform to children with special needs to showcase their abilities, skills & strength through the joy of sports.

The event was held on 03rd February 2024 (Saturday) at Dr. Sahib Singh Verma Stadium, Sector–16, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Event was started with March Pas, Torch Run & Oath Ceremony.

We invited 12 schools to be a part of this event. This event was classified into following categories: Track Events (50 Mtr Run, 25 Mtr Run, 10 Mtr Assisted Walk & Wheelchair Run (for Physically Challenged) | Field Event (Soft Ball Throw & Shot put)

All the students were prized with medals and certificates. Refreshment was distributed to all.

The coaches were from Special Olympics Bharat and volunteers were from Amity University.

To entertain our champs, tattoo makers & mickey mouse was also there. All the students and staff enjoyed with them a lot.

During Ram Mandir inauguration, we happily hosted a lively and inclusive gathering called Bhandara. We welcomed everyone with open arms and hearts. The inauguration of the Ram Mandir, a significant Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Ram, would indeed be a momentous occasion for devotees and communities across India. Hosting a "bhandara" to commemorate such an event could be a deeply meaningful gesture, reflec- ting the spirit of celebration and reverence associated with the occasion.

Overall, hosting a "bhandara" on the occasion of the Ram Mandir inauguration were not only be a celebration of faith but also a testament to the values of inclusivity, community, and service that lie at the heart of Hindu tradit- ions. It provided an opportunity for devotees to come together in joyous camaraderie and to collectively mark the beginning of a new chapter in the spiritual and cultural landscape of India.

At our school, this New Year's celebration took on a deeply meaningful twist as the students themselves distributed a Bhandara for those in need. It was a touching display of empathy, compassion, and the true spirit of giving.

Despite facing their own challenges, they approached the task with enthusiasm and determination, driven by the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

We celebrated the New Year by engaging in an act of kindness & generosity, donating clothes to those in need.

We got an invitation for celebrating Christmas with our students at Novo Company, Gurgaon.

This invitation presents a great opportunity for the students to engage in festive activities, spread joy, & interact with members of the community outside the school environment.

Staff members at Novo Company in Gurgaon went above and beyond to create a memorable experience for the children of our School by dancing and watching a movie with them. This kind of engagement and interaction can have a significant positive impact on the children, fostering a sense of connection, joy, & inclusion.

Making the Christmas event at Novo Company was a truly special and memorable occasion for us.
